UAA Proposal Submission Policy

UAA seeks to maximize opportunities to potential participants at the Annual Meeting. To promote this goal, the following policy has been established:

  • Individual participants are limited to one presentation session.
  • A presentation session is defined as: a panel, a colloquy, or a breakfast roundtable.
  • Individuals serving as moderators can also participate as a presenter in one presentation session (i.e., panel, colloquy, or breakfast roundtable).
  • There is no limit to the number of papers for which one may be listed as a co-author.

Exception: Persons who are asked to play a specific service role (e.g., plenary speaker, roundtable discussant) for UAA by the Program Committee or Executive Office can participate in one additional session beyond their service role.
