Note: Important additional information concerning your conference participation can be found under Meeting Guidelines. Please review this information before submitting your proposal.
Individual Paper Presentations
Overview
Individuals may submit ONE proposal to present a researched-based paper. If your paper proposal is accepted, the program committee will group it with three or four other related papers into a panel. Each panelist presents his or her paper. After all of the panel’s papers have been presented, an open discussion follows with the audience. Each panel includes a moderator, who manages the time and introduces the panelists. (Note: To avoid scheduling problems and to maximize opportunities, each presenter is limited to participation in one session).
Each presenter must submit her/his paper (via e-mail attachment) in advance to the panel moderator by March 1, 2010.
