Meeting Guidelines To Modify Your Proposal Proposals for individual paper presentations and poster presentations may be modified online until the October 1 submission deadline.If you need to modify your proposal after October 1, please send a detailed e-mail message explaining why the changes are needed and a revised abstract to us at uaa@udel.edu. Please understand that significant modifications made to a proposal after the preliminary program is issued may have an impact on the placement of your presentation in the conference program.
