Structure of a Typical Annual Meeting
There is some flexibility in the organization of the annual meeting. The specifics are worked out between the UAA Board, the Local Host Committee, the Annual Meeting Program Committee, and the UAA Office.
A typical structure for planning purposes is as follows:
