UAA is pleased to offer conference attendants discounted rates as shown below. The listed rates are applicable from Sunday, March 7, 2010 through Monday, March 15, 2010.

To receive the discounted rates, you must make reservations before February 4, 2010 (subject to availability).

Children 17 and under stay free in the guestrooms when existing bedding is used. Extra person fee is $75 per day.

Guest room rates do not include state and local taxes (currently 4.712%, plus 7.25% Transient Accommodation Tax) in effect at time of check in.

Important information about deposit and cancellation policy

Deposit Required

A deposit equal to one night's stay is required to hold your reservation. The deposit confirms your reservation for the dates indicated. Upon check-in, your deposit shall be applied to your first night of stay.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

If you cancel at least 72 hours prior to your arrival and you recieve a cancellation number, there will be no forfeiture amount, and your deposit shall be returned. If you cancel less than 72 hours before your arrival, the forfeiture amount will be equal to a one-night stay.
