Program Book Ad Specifications

Sizes and Pricing

Advertising space is available in the conference program book. Program book page dimensions are 8.5" W x 11" H. We expect approximately 600 meeting attendees at the 2010 meeting. Each meeting attendee will receive a program book.

Ad sizes and prices are provided below.

Full-Page Ad
B/W, non-bleed.
7.5" W x 10" H $1000
Half-Page Ad
B/W, non-bleed.
7.5" W x 4.875" H $500
Quarter-Page Ad
B/W, non-bleed.
3.625" W x 4.875" H $250

Deadlines

Requests to reserve ad space must be received no later than January 8, 2010.
Your request must include the size of the ad (full, half, or quarter) you wish to place.

Advertising artwork and fees must be received no later than January 15, 2010.

Exhibitor fees must be received no later than February 1, 2010.

Guidelines

  • Ad file format must be Press Quality PDF. Please embed all fonts.
  • The program book is printed on white paper. If any of the edges of your ad are white, include some sort of border to define the edges of the ad.
  • Submitted ads must be in grayscale.
  • For best reproduction, images in your ad should have a resolution of 300dpi.

Book Exhibitors' FAQs

Where is the UAA 2010 conference being held?

We are happy to have the venue for our 40th conference be the beautiful Sheraton Waikiki Hotel, located oceanfront in Honolulu, Hawaii.  Our dates for the event are March 10-13, 2010.

Where will the book exhibit be located within the hotel?

We are also pleased that you will be located in the foyer area A & B in front of the Grand Ballroom, which will allow for greater exposure, since the AM and PM coffee breaks will be set up in the foyer.

How will I know which table(s) are for my exhibit?

Shelly Tillinghast will e-mail you a map of the exhibit floor plan, which will identify your location. You will also note your company name displayed in your specific area in the foyer.

How long are the exhibit tables?

The tables are six feet long.

Where will I dispose of trash?

There will be a trash can in your area.

What are the hours of the book exhibit?

The general conference schedule will be updated to include the hours exhibitors will be open, as the conference approaches.

When and to where do I mail boxes?

Please mail your boxes so that they arrive no more than two days prior to the event.

Label the boxes as follows:
