Program Book Ad Specifications

Sizes and Pricing

Advertising space is available in the annual meeting program book. Program book page dimensions are 8.5" W x 11" H. We expect approximately 600 meeting attendees at the 2009 meeting. Each meeting attendee will receive a program book.

Ad sizes and prices are provided below.

Deadlines

Requests to reserve ad space must be received no later than January 9, 2009.
Your request must include the size of the ad (full, half, or quarter) you wish to place.

Advertising artwork and fees must be received no later than January 16, 2009.

Guidelines

• Ad file format must be Press Quality PDF. Please embed all fonts.
• The program book is printed on white paper. If any of the edges of your ad are white, include some sort of border to define the edges of the ad.
• Submitted ads must be in grayscale.
• For best reproduction, images in your ad should have a resolution of 300dpi.
