Parking & Transportation Info Sessions for 2013-2014
UD Parking & Transportation Services will be hosting information sessions to share upcoming changes, new parking rates and to provide updates on various topics of interest to the university community on May 8, 2013 at noon and 1 PM in the Gallery, Perkins Student Center. Parking Access Changes
Perkins Student Center, Trabant University Center and Roselle Center for the Arts (CFA) parking garage annual permit holders now have access to all three garages at no additional cost. Please see the UDaily article at http://www.udel.edu/udaily/2013/feb/parking-changes-021513.html.
Annual Report
UD’s Parking & Transportation Services has issued its first ever annual report. The report highlights accomplishments, changes and statistical information for the fiscal year that ended on June 30th. This document was created in an effort to provide the UD community a better understanding of the mission, scope of services and financial challenges of Parking & Transportation Services. Night/Weekend Permit
A new, night/weekend permit is available to employees and commuting students. See the Permit Price page for pricing and check your parking category to determine if you are eligible to purchase this permit. Read more on UDaily.
$5 Fridays in Garages
Every Friday, beginning 10/19, the maximum charge for any campus parking garage (Perkins, Trabant or CFA) will be just $5. Read more on UDaily.
Online Permit Sales Now Available.
Parking permits can be purchased online and mailed to an address of your choice. To begin parking immediately, a short term permit can be printed at the time of purchase.
Campus Construction & Road Closure Update
- Lot 28 Kent Hall will close permanently May 27, 2013.
- Lot 94 The west side of the Blue and Gold Club Lot will be closed (Orchard Road) for construction through Summer 2013.
- Lot 26 Alison Circle will open before June 1, 2013.
- Lot 25 between Alison and 200 Academy Street will close permanently June 3, 2013.
