instructions are written to help individuals who work with Outlook

Outlook Express as you normally do.
- Check
your Outlook Express configuration settings
to verify that they are set to delete e-mail properly.
- Make
sure you can see the size of the messages in your Inbox. If you don't
see the Size column along with the column names Subject, Sender,
etc., follow these steps to make the message Size column visible:
- Click
a folder.
- From
the View menu, select Columns.
- Click
the downward pointing triangle and scroll down the list of
column headings until you see Size.
- Make
sure that the box next to Size contains a
checkmark. If it does not, click the box so that a checkmark
appears.
- Click OK.
- To sort
the messages by size, click the column title Size.
(To reverse the sort order, click Size again.)
- A message
size followed by the letter M (which stands for
