Netscape Troubleshooting

No e-mail system works correctly 100% of the time. Things like quotas, setups, and servers can cause errors concerning the way your email works. We want to show you the quick fixes - or things you can fix click by click - simple steps.
Find the link below that matches the problem you're having. You'll notice that restarting Netscape is step one for almost every problem. If Netscape isn't working properly after you restart it, complete the next step. See if the problem still occurs. If it does, go to the next step. If you've completed all the steps and still have problems, call the Help Center at 831-6000, 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday for further assistance.
Before you start troubleshooting Netscape problems, you should make
sure you
have McAfee's antivirus
installed
on your computer to verify that the
problem is not being caused by a virus.
If the directions call for getting to the web site, but you don't
have Netscape navigator installed, try Internet Explorer. Most computers
have it installed, and you can use it to get to the needed web sites.
