If you do not regularly save your mail, but leave it in your inbox, you may make it impossible for ANYONE to receive mail. Additionally, your inbox may be removed. Why? Because space for e-mail is a shared resource. When that shared space is full, large inboxes must be removed to make space so that others' mail can be processed.
Therefore, always delete or save each mail message after you read it. Save it to the read-mail folder or to specific folders that you create. This will ensure that mail can be delivered to everyone and that you will not lose your inbox.
