  1. Start Outlook Express and log in as you ordinarily do.
  2. You will need to check the Servers property for your account.

    From the Folders list, highlight your account name (either mail.udel.edu or copland.udel.edu), and select Properties from the File menu.

  3. Click the Servers tab

  4. Make sure the incoming and outgoing mail servers are listed as mail.udel.edu and not “copland.udel.edu”. If they are listed as “copland.udel.edu” change them to mail.udel.edu.

  5. Click Apply then click OK. (If the server settings were correct and you made no changes, just click OK.)
  6. Click Close. If you are prompted with a box similar to the one below, click Yes.
