II. Excellence in Teaching and Advising Awards
A number of changes were made to the nominations website to improve the submission process. E-mail calls for nominations were sent out in October and at the end of the first week of Spring Semester. The committee discussed other means of increasing the number of nominations submitted next year.

The Committee received six nominations for the Francis Alison Faculty Award. Roberta Golinkoff, H. Rodney Sharp Chair in the School of Education, was selected as the 2011 awardee.
