Leadership minor curriculum

Complete these courses and you'll earn a Leadership minor

The minor in Leadership requires 18 credit hours, distributed as follows: all core courses listed below (9 credits) and three additional courses of restricted electives (9 credits) selected in consultation with and approved by the students minor advisor.

One of these restricted electives must be selected from approved COMM courses. The remaining 6 credits must be selected from outside the student's major field of study, and must be chosen from the following topic areas: Leadership in Context; Integrity/Ethics; and/or Leadership Competencies. All courses included in the minor must be completed with a grade of C- or better.
