Student Agreements
Student Housing and Dining Services Agreements
The University of Delaware Housing and Dining Services Agreements are
governed by a series of agreements between the University and the student.
- The Student Housing Agreement
applies to all students living in any housing space owned and/or managed by the University, including, but not limited to, residence halls and the University Courtyard Apartments.
- The Dining Services Agreement
is mandatory for all students who live in a residence hall, with the
exception of students who live in the University Courtyard Apartments or graduate housing.
Students living in the University Courtyard Apartments, graduate housing or off-campus may elect to purchase a dining plan and, by
doing so, obligate themselves to this agreement.
Student Centers Regulations
The University Students Centers coordinate activities for Registered Student Organizations, fraternities and sororities, honor societies and other student-run groups. These policies are in place to create and maintain an atmosphere on campus conducive to free inquiry and free expression, while allowing students to develop as scholars and citizens.
Student Parking Regulations
Parking Services
at the University are managed by Transportation Services and are designed to provide students, faculty, staff, and visitors
with adequate, accessible and well maintained parking facilities.
University-Wide Regulations
All members of the University community must comply with a series of policies created and managed by the Office of General Counsel. Of particular importance for students are the policies regarding University facilities and safety and security.
