The University of Delaware is close to a lot of major cities in the United States. The campus is:

• 45 minutes from Philadelphia
• 55 minutes from Baltimore
• 2 hours from New York City
• 2 hours from Washington, DC

Although these cities are close to Delaware, traveling to them will require taking a bus or train. The university also runs bus trips to these cities throughout the academic year. You will find information about these trips in the UD Student Centers (www.udel.edu/student-centers/).
