Healthy HENS seeks to help current UD students be as healthy as they can be.
We know that while college is a lot of fun, it’s plenty of hard work too. Making time
to take care of you can be a real challenge. That’s where we come in. Healthy HENS can
help you understand how important good nutrition, adequate physical activity and sleep
(yes-you really do need 7-8 hours per night) can be to keep both your body AND your mind
in good, working order. Follow the simple steps below to start heading in the right direction.

  • To be a Healthy HEN, your first step is to complete the Healthy HENS Health Risk Assessment atAre you a Healty HEN?
  • Then, watch your email for information about our upcoming Healthy HENS events around campus.
  • Next, request an appointmenta> with a wellness coach.
    Our wellness coaches can help you evaluate where you are now and where you need to be. We can customize a plan to help you meet your health goals.
