12 Weeks to the Beach!!

Join Healthy HENS and UD Fitness for a 12 week long spring wellness program. You have our full support as you take this time to be healthy. After all, you deserve it! The free program includes fitness and nutrition sessions, optional motivational texts (~3x a week), prizes and more!

2/28: Fitness

  • Topic: One free class pass for fitness classes today

3/7: Nutrition

  • Topic: Nutrition for Weight Loss
  • Place: CSB Conference Room (Room 134)
  • Time: 3pm-4pm

3/13: Biometric Measurements #2

  • Place: CSB Healthy HENS office
  • Time: 8:30am-4:30pm

3/14: Prize
