Associate
Information Desk Associates are responsible for providing superior customer service to University students, staff, guests, and visitors within the Trabant University Center. Associates are also responsible for accuracy in cash/flex sales of merchandise, maintaining and stocking merchandise inventory, providing directions and answering general questions in-person and over the phone, properly signing-out RSO office keys, maintaining a neat and visually attractive work space, and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
1) Superior customer service skills and willingness to learn.
2) Cash register sales experience or willingness to learn.
3) Accurate cash counting and reconciliation skills.
4) General knowledge of campus community and ability to answer questions/provide directions, look-up information.
5) Punctuality, reliability and dependability.
6) Interest in working in a fun, exciting, and rewarding atmosphere.
