Statement: “Phi Beta Chi National Sorority was established to support women socially, spiritually and academically during their collegiate years and throughout their lives. The ideals of Phi Beta Chi are contained in the Creed of Phi Beta Chi that we proudly and publicly display. As a sisterhood, we all stand for and support the Ideals of the Creed of Phi Beta Chi.”
Phi Beta Chi sorority was founded on the Lutheran heritage. The Christian ideals are embedded in our creed and our traditions. While our sorority celebrates it's Lutheran heritage we do not ask or require any of our members to profess a Lutheran faith. Phi Beta Chi offers spiritual growth activities and encourages faith development. Being women of faith is important to us and our members can feel comfortable expressing and witnessing their faith by word and action.
