& Programs
The Activities
& Programs Office of the Student Centers is responsible for
many facets of co-curricular involvement at the University. The main components of the office are Leadership, Fraternities
and Sororities, and Programming. The Leadership
component offers over 250 Registered Student Organizations (clubs)
to get involved with, as well as the opportunity to create a new
group on campus. There are also leadership development opportunities
in conjunction with other departments, and on going training for
student groups.
The Programming component offers a wide variety
of campus events including bus trips,
concerts, films, lectures, and outdoor
carnivals. These programs are coordinated with
the Student Centers Programming Advisory Board
(SCPAB) and include a Coffeehouse series, a band
series, and a weekend film series. Most events
are either free or offered at a reasonable
admission charge.

so much to do there is no reason not to get more
