Non-Retaliation Policy
It is a violation of University policy to retaliate in any way against students or employees because they have raised allegations of harassment or discrimination. Because a charge of unlawful harassment/discrimination may have serious consequences, complaints must be brought in good faith and in accordance with University policy. Persons against whom the complaint is lodged also bear a responsibility to abstain from retaliatory behavior outside of the established channels of redress in accordance with University policy. A false complaint or a complaint brought with malicious intent may result in disciplinary action against the complainant.
