LEWISBURG, PA -- Tanya Mainville and Jennifer Haus each won two events to lead the University of Delaware women's swimming team to a 124-119 non-league victory over host Bucknell Wednesday afternoon. Mainville won both the one-meter (237.70 points) and three-meter (201.25 pts.) diving events while Haus captured both the 200 freestyle (1:56.68) and 500 freestyle (5:13.45) and placed second in the 100 freestyle. Also picking up victories for the Blue Hens (6-5) were Lisa Dillinger in the 200 backstroke (2:12.08) and Sara Dyson in the 200 breaststroke (2:26.95), who recorded a time less than one second off the Blue Hen school record. Megan Schuster placed second in both the one-meter and three-meter diving events for the Blue Hens. |
