NEW YORK -- University of Delaware women’s lacrosse junior Katie Muth will be featured in the April 10th issue of Sports Illustrated. She will appear in the section Faces in the Crowd for her outstanding play in the week ending March 19.

Muth (Ellicott City, MD/Seton Keough) dished out two assists and scored two goals, including the game-winner with 1:38 left in the second overtime period, to lead the Blue Hens to a 9-8 win over Brown on Sunday, March 19. She also notched a hat trick in Delaware’s 10-9 come from behind win over No. 17 Penn on Wednesday, March 15.

Muth ranks fourth on the team in points with 17, including 12 goals and five assists. She has 18 groundballs, 10 draw controls, and 10 caused turnovers on the season.

The Blue Hens travel to Hofstra University on Friday, April 7 for a 4 p.m. game and return home on Sunday, April 9 for a 1 p.m. game against Drexel University.
