Both the University of Delaware men's and women's cross country teams won the Delaware Invitational held today (Saturday) at White Clay Creek State Park. On the women's side, Delaware was led by Kristen Robbins (Landisville, Pa./Hempfield HS) who completed the five kilometer course in 19:02 which was good enough for second in the competition. Aimee Alexander (Carmel N.Y., HS) also had a top five finish placing fourth in a time of 19:24. Jessi Loner of George Mason University finished first in the women's competition with a time of 18:49.

Final Women's Team Standings: 1. University of Delaware - 49; 2. Lehigh University - 59, 3. Richmond University - 64; 4. George Mason University - 84; 5. Old Dominion University - 98, 6. Lincoln University - 191; 7. Delaware State - 195
