Assistant Coach Mike Storke

A former college standout at Washington College, Mike Storke begins his third season with the University of Delaware women's rowing team in 2002-2003.

A 2000 history graduate of Washington College in Chestertown, MD, Storke, 24, enjoyed an outstanding career with the Shoremen.

A three-year letterwinner and the team's Student Athlete Mentor in 1997-98, Storke was part of teams that won the Novice Eight title at the 1997 Casperson Cup and the Varsity Eight title at the University of Central Florida Invitational in 2000.

In addition, he rowed for teams that were runners-up in the Varsity Eight competition at the 2000 Florida Institute of Technology Invitational, and the 1998 Chestertown Challenge and was a Dad Vail Regatta semifinalist in 1998. In addition, he rowed for the Lightweight Varsity Four team that was second at the 1997 Occoquan Chase.

He is single and resides in Elkton, MD.
