2004-05 Season: Will battle Alena Koshansky for the starting point guard spot for the Blue Hens...solid ballhandler and good three-pointer shooter...hard-nosed, competitive player...enters the season 10th at Delaware with 33 career three-pointers made...

2003-04 Season: Played in 28 games and started 20 until a concussion suffered against Old Dominion sidelined her for the UNC Wilmington home game (2/22)...fifth leading scorer with 6.6 ppg...scored 12 points in her debut as a Blue Hen versus Richmond (11/21)...broke the UD freshman record for most made three-pointers in a season with 33...tallied a career-high 17 points against St. John's (12/8)...scored in double-digits on eight occasions, including 12 points against Virginia Commonwealth (1/18) and 11 points against George Mason (3/4)...also registered seven points and five assists at Virginia Commonwealth (2/5).

High School: A four-time All-Mountain Valley Conference selection at Easton Area High School...also earned all-area honors all four years...was a third-team all-state (Class AAAA) selection her junior and senior seasons...finished with 1,827 points in her career (she broke the school record as a junior)...set school record with 129 career three-pointers...All-American honorable mention pick by Street & Smith's...averaged double-figure points all four seasons, including 21.8 ppg as a junior...also had 263 assists and 191 steals in her 102 career games at Easton Area High School...high honor roll student.

Personal: Elizabeth Dolphine Hayes...born August 21, 1984...daughter of Michael and Virginia Hayes...father played football for two seasons at Duke University...business major at Delaware.
