Nov. 1, 1998 at 12:00 noon W 3-0 The University of Delaware volleyball team defeated the University of Vermont on Sunday 3-0. Delaware dominated all three games winning 15-5, 15-4, 15-8. The Blue Hens were led by Jennifer Wanner who had eight kills. Margaret Lapinski also had eight digs and added a team high 14 kill. Carlyn Cangiano had 11 digs for the Hens. Cangiano has recorded 10 or more digs in seven of the last eight Delaware matches. Sadie Bjornstad led Delaware with 24 assists. Vermont was led by Jamie Huggenvik who had five kills and nine digs.
