At Delaware: Will challenge for playing time as an outfielder for the Blue Hens.

2007: Appeared in 37 games while starting 34, including 29 in leftfield • batted .194 with 18 hits, three runs scored, three stolen bases, two RBI and a double • went 2 for 3 against Vermont (3/3) and was 2 for 4 later that day versus Fordham (3/3) • went 1 for 2 with a walk and a run scored against Villanova (4/17) • named to CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll.

High School: Three-time All-Henlopen Conference and All-State selection at Sussex Central High School • academic all-conference selection final three years • led Sussex Central to the 2005 state championship • also was a four-year starter in basketball and three-year starter in volleyball • earned academic all-conference honors in both sports • served as team captain in all three sports • class treasurer • treasurer of National Honor Society • honor roll student • student council representative • drum major of marching band.

Personal: Shanette Maria White • daughter of Shari Harris • has a sister Latosha White, and brothers Artel Hopkins and Walter White III • honor student as an accounting major at Delaware.
