At Delaware: Will challenge for playing time at third base for the Blue Hens.
High School: Named first team all-county as a senior and named Defensive Player of the Year • first team all-metro and first team all-county selection in 2006 while also being named the Baltimore Sun Player of the Year • led her county in doubles and triples and broke Centennial’s home run record • ranked among the top 10 in the state in batting average and on base percentage • also earned first team all-county and second team all-metro honors as a sophomore in 2005, when she bated .447 and had a .628 on base percentage while being named the team’s Defensive Player of the Year • three-year captain of softball team and of junior varsity volleyball team • National Honor Society member • named to honor roll all four years of high school.
