2002 Updated Individual Statistics At Delaware: Sure-handed third baseman...two-year starting who has committed just eight errors in 350 chances during her first two seasons as UD's starting third baseman...looking to continue improvement after hitting 43 points higher last season than in freshman campaign...earned a silver medal at the Canadian Nationals softball championships this past summer...2001: Hit .234 as a sophomore...was third on the team in walks with 17...second on the team with eight sacrifice hits...had a .336 on-base percentage...2000: Drove in 11 runs as a freshman...committed just four errors in 179 chances as a freshman...earned America East Rookie of the Week (April 3) after going 4 for 6 in a doubleheader sweep of Drexel, including game-winning hits in both games (two-out triple in bottom of seventh in opener and RBI single to break scoreless tie in second game). High School: Played three years of basketball and softball at St. Mary s High School in Pickering...did not play high school sports as a senior due to a teacher's strike...won 1995 Provincial Championships batting title with a .667 batting average...was seventh in batting and 11th in RBI in 1998 National Tournament...honor roll student.
