Blue Hens Stumble in Regular Season Finale, Fall to Sacred Heart 15-7
FAIRFIELD, CT (April 26, 2008) -- The University of Delaware men's lacrosse team stumbled in its regular season finale Saturday, falling to Colonial Athletic Association foe Sacred Heart 15-7 to put its post-season chances in jeopardy. High-Scoring Dickson Named Finalist for Tewaaraton Player of the Year Trophy
BALTIMORE (April 25, 2008) -- University of Delaware men’s lacrosse leading scorer Curtis Dickson has been selected as one of 22 finalists for the Warrior Tewaaraton Trophy to be awarded at the end of the season. BALTIMORE (April 23, 2008) -- Both the University of Delaware men’s and women’s lacrosse teams earned votes in the national Top 20 polls announced this week. The Delaware men (9-5), coming off a 20-5 Colonial Athletic Association victory over Robert Morris Saturday, earned votes in both the USILA coaches poll and in the Nike/Inside Lacrosse media poll.
