Military Academy under head coach John Shuman in 2000...enjoyed a standout career at Pennsauken HS under head coach Tom Coen...earned All-Olympic Conference honors as a quarterback in 1999, setting a school single game record with 412 yards and five touchdowns passes...was team MVP in leading Pennsauken to conference title game win over Overbrook HS...named team's Offensive Back of the Year...all-conference performer in track and field as a sprinter...earned Lockheed-Martin Minorities Engineering Award...

At Delaware: 2003: Second-year starter at wide receiver...leads a talented young receiver unit that includes fellow sophomores David Boler, Brian Ingram, and Joe Bleymaier...possession receiver who runs precise routes and can elude defenders after he catches the ball...former high school quarterback who is always a threat to throw the ball...expected to be back at full strength after missing spring drills with hernia injury suffered during the fall...2002: Impressive in his first season of action at wide receiver...appeared in 11 games with 10 starts...sat out season finale vs. Villanova due to hernia injury that had bothered him for several weeks...Hens' leading receiver, finishing with 46 receptions for 559 yards (12.2 average) and four touchdowns...ranked fourth in Atlantic 10 in receptions (4.60) and ninth in receiving yards (55.9)...set Delaware freshman record for receptions in a season...caught at least one pass in the first 10 games before being shut out vs. Maine...caught five or more passes four times led by a UD freshman record nine receptions for 119 yards vs. Northeastern and nine receptions for 99 yards and one touchdown vs. James Madison in consecutive games...Blue Hen Touchdown Club Offensive Player of the Week vs. Northeastern and Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Week vs. James Madison...had five catches for 74 yards vs. Richmond, seven catches for 55 yards and a touchdown vs. New Hampshire, and five receptions for 57 yards again Massachusetts...had season-long 42-yard reception vs. William & Mary...carried the ball once, gaining 12 yards on a reverse against Richmond...attempted three passes during the season, completing a 15-yard pass to quarterback Andy Hall and throwing incomplete passes vs. Northeastern and New Hampshire...caught first two career touchdowns vs. West Chester from 16 and 18 yards out - his only catches of the night...moved to wide receiver after serving as a scout team defensive back as a true freshman....2001: Projected to play wide receiver as a true freshman but was moved to defensive back in fall...did not see game action and retained freshman eligibility.
