 High School Honors: Played under head coach Ken Barto at Tallwood High School...played in Wing-T offense at Tallwood where he was named first team All-District and second team All-Region...named team's Back of the Year...team was state semifinalists in 1998.

At Delaware: 2003: Outstanding power runner who continues to add muscle to his sturdy frame and speed to his running game...has changed uniform number from No. 40 to No. 5...has powerful legs and excels running up the middle...will take over spot as the Blue Hens' featured runner in the one-back spread offense for Keith Burnell, who graduated and signed a free agent contract with the Green Bay Packers...has played in 32 career games with 13 starts...has 304 career carries for 1,369 yards (4.5 avg.) and 15 touchdowns...needs 130 carries to move into 10th place on UD career list and his 1,369 yards ranks 30th all-time at Delaware...needs 631 yards to become only the 14th player in UD history to reach the 2,000-yard plateau...rushed for 40 yards and scored a touchdown in the spring game...has been compared in size and style to Delaware's all-time leading rusher Daryl Brown (4,587 yards in 1991-94)...2002: Posted a solid junior season in the Hens' one-back offense...appeared in eight games and started the first three before giving way to senior Keith Burnell in the lineup...sat out four games in the middle of the season vs. James Madison, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts while nursing a lower back injury...ranked third on the team in rushing with 93 carries for 398 yards (4.3 avg.) and four touchdowns...averaged 49.8 yards per game...had a career-best 45-yard scamper vs. Georgia Southern in season opener...had quick start, rushing for 65 yards and two touchdowns in the season opener vs. Georgia Southern and followed with a season-high 84 yards on the ground vs. Richmond...also rushed for 76 yards and two touchdowns on 20 carries vs. Maine...at one point vs. Maine carried the ball 13 straight snaps, establishing a UD record...Blue Hen Touchdown Club Co-Offensive Player of the Week vs. Maine...also picked up 63 yards vs. West Chester...caught only pass of season vs. Northeastern, scoring a touchdown from five yards out...had team's No. 4 squat lift total of 520 lbs. in spring testing...2001: Led Delaware rushing attack and was team's leading receiver out of the backfield...carried a team-high 131 times for 570 yards (57.0 yards per game) and five touchdowns...averaged 4.4 yards per carry with long gain of 20...also caught 11 passes for 83 yards...his 131 carries were 29 percent of the team's total of 445...ninth in the Atlantic 10 with 57.0 yards rushing per game...named Blue Hen Touchdown Club Offensive Player of the Week vs. Massachusetts and Richmond...rushed for 70 or more yards three times and Delaware won each game when he had 50 or yards on the ground...top game came vs. Massachusetts with career-high 108 yards on 18 carries...also had 15 carries for 89 yards and a touchdown vs. James Madison and 16 carries for 78 yards vs. Richmond...caught two passes for 31 yards vs. New Hampshire and two passes for 21 yards vs. William & Mary...2000: Started off slow but picked up speed midway through season and was one of Hens' top running threats in the late season and throughout the playoffs...played in all 14 games as a backup fullback to senior James O'Neal...rushed 80 times for 376 yards and six touchdowns...averaged 4.7 yards per carry and did not have a negative yardage run all season...also caught six passes for 73 yards out of the backfield and returned five kickoffs for 78 yards (15.6 avg., long of 24 yards)...rushed for just 110 yards in first nine games of the season but followed with a 48-yard effort vs. Massachusetts, 56 yards vs. Villanova (Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Week), season-high 63 yards in playoff win over Portland State, 58 yards in playoff win over Lehigh (CFAA/Teamlink I-AA Newcomer of the Week), and 41 yards in I-AA semifinal loss to Georgia Southern...1999: Sat out redshirt season and retained his freshman eligibility.
