2004: Fifth-year senior who anchors an experienced offensive front that returns four senior starters...pre-season second team All-Atlantic 10 Conference selec-tion from a vote of coaches and media mem-bers...Verizon/CoSIDA Academic All-American nominee...three-year letterwinner who will start for second straight year at left guard...intelligent player and one of the team's most mobile offensive lineman...three-time member of Atlantic 10 Academic All-Conference team...has played in 23 career games with 19 starts...

2003: Made an impressive comeback at mid-season and teamed with All-American Jason Nerys and fellow juniors Trip DelCampo, Paul Thomson, and Chris Edwards to form one of the top units in the Atlantic 10 and lead Delaware to NCAA I-AA title...offense ranked ninth in NCAA I-AA in scoring offense (34.7) and No. 20 in rushing offense (207.6)...suffered a career-threatening herniated disc back injury during pre-season drills in August and was thought to be lost for the season...had surgery and made an impressive comeback, returning to action vs. Maine Nov. 1 and starting the final eight games of the season...

2002: First-year starter offensive guard...saw action in all 12 games, starting 11 contests, including one at left tackle...did not start vs. The Citadel (knee sprain) but saw action...paced a unit that helped Delaware rank third in the Atlantic 10 in rushing offense (206.2) and allowed just 15 sacks, second best mark in the league...ranked No. 4 in 225 lb. bench press (20 times), No. 6 in power clean lift (300 lbs.) and No. 7 in squat lift (490 lbs.) in spring testing...

2001: Earned first varsity letter as a backup tackle and guard as a redshirt fresh-man...appeared in three games vs. Massachusetts, William & Mary, and James Madison...

2000: Sat out redshirt season and maintained freshman eligibility...

High School Honors: Two-way standout at Hopewell High School under head coach Marshall Parker...four-year varsity performer who led team to district playoffs all four years...as a senior, led team to district title and regional title game and earned All-State hon-ors...two-way first team All-District, All-Region, and All-Metro selection...as a junior, led team to district title when he earned first team All-District, All-Central Region and All-Metro team honors...listed as one of Top 40 college prospects in state by Roanoke Times....National Honor Society student...Academic All-Region performer...also played basketball...
