pick Ryan Bleiler who graduated and had a
solid season...punted 67 times for 2,577
yards and a 38.5 average...had 20 punts
fall inside 20-yard line...had three
touchbacks and seven fair catches and did
not have a punt blocked...ranked ninth in
the Atlantic 10 and 54th in NCAA I-AA in
punting average...67 punts were the fifth
highest in school history, 2,577 yards
were fifth highest, and average was 11th
best in school history...Delaware led
Atlantic 10 in punt coverage (2.1 yards
per return) and fourth in net punting
(36.3)...had season-best 45.6 average vs.
West Chester was the sixth best single
game mark in school history...also
averaged 43.3 yards on six punts vs.
Hofstra...hit six punts of 50 or more
yards, including a career-long 54-yarder
in NCAA championship game vs.
