2004:
Former walk-on who is a three-year
letterwinner and can play wide receiver
and on special teams...one of team's
hardest workers and determined
players...will once again play a key
backup role in deep and talented receiving
corps...has good quickness, runs precise
routes, and has best hands among UD
receivers...also one of the strongest
receivers with a 295 lb. bench press...has
appeared in 34 career games and caught 18
passes for 278 yards (15.4 avg.) and four
touchdowns...solid possession
receiver...will also be used on Hens' punt
block team, on kick coverage, and is a
backup holder on placements behind Joe
Bleymaier...
2003:
Earned third varsity letter as a
backup wide receiver and special teams
performer... played in all 16 games and
started three contests, vs. Richmond,
Navy, and Maine...sixth on the team with
16 receptions for 269 yards and four
touchdowns...led all regulars with a 16.8
yards per catch average...caught two or
more passes four times...had three catches
for a career-high 95 yards and two
touchdowns vs. Rhode Island, catching
scoring passes of 19 yards and 57 yards
from Andy Hall...named the Blue Hen
Touchdown Club Offensive Player of the
Week for his efforts vs. URI...caught two
passes for 70 yards vs. West Chester,
including a 64-yard scoring toss (second
longest play of the season) from wide
receiver Justin Long off a fake...also
caught touchdown pass vs. William &
Mary and also had three receptions vs. New
Hampshire and Northeastern...recorded four
tackles on special teams, posting one each
vs. The Citadel, West Chester, William
& Mary, and Rhode Island...caught one
pass for eight yards in spring
game...
2002:
Earned second letter...played in 10
games and earned first career start vs.
The Citadel...caught two passes for nine
yards for the season, including a
seven-yarder vs. The Citadel and one for
two yards vs. Villanova...
2001:
Earned first letter...did not play in
the first two games of the season but
worked way into the lineup and played in
the final eight contests on special
teams...posted one tackle vs. James
Madison...
2000:
Did not see game action and retained
freshman eligibility...suffered a
fractured tibia in third day of pre-season
camp and missed season...
High
School Honors: Played football and ran
track at Pope John XXIII High
School...earned three letters in football
and four in indoor/outdoor track and
field...earned all-area honors as a wide
receiver in football and was all-area in
track in the long jump and 100
meters...led football team to four-year
record of 40-7, including state titles in
1998 and 1999 and a trip to the state
semifinals in 2000...
