2004: Biggest recruit in Blue Hen history in terms of weight...has great size at 6-5 and 285 lbs...will battle with junior Brian Sims for starting right guard spot vacated by the graduation of All-American Jason Nerys...among strongest Blue Hen linemen with a 540 lb. squat and 300 lb. clean lift in spring testing...

2003: Sat out as a redshirt to retain freshman eligibility...

High School Honors: Standout center at Southern Regional High School for head coach Chuck Donohue...led team to 2001 Group 4 state playoffs...three-year varsity starter who served as team captain...named to the New Jersey Football Coaches Association Super 100 All-State team...named All-Ocean County and All-Shore Conference and earned school's Scholar-Athlete Award and National Football Foundation Scholar-Athlete Award...also competed in winter and spring track (shot put, discus, javelin) and earned nine letters...placed 13th in the state discus competition as a senior...member of World Language National Honor Society and Foreign Language (French) Honor Society...
