Printing
There are 4 black & white laser printers, and 1 color printer which are accessible from the PCs and from the Macintoshes. There is also 1 wide format printer, an HP DesignJet 5500, that is available from the printing station PC or the Macintosh behind the IO counter. They all have PostScript capabilities. Black and white laser printing is currently $.04 for duplex and $.05 for simplex printing. Please no multiple copies of resumes. There is a charge for printing to the 7100 of $ 1.00 per page and $2.00 for double-sided for 8 1/2 x 11, transparencies at $2.00 a copy. For 11 x 17 color printing, the charge is $2.00 for single-sided and $4.00 for double-sided. . For 11 x 17 black and white printing, the charge is $1.00 for single-sided and $2.00 for double-sided. For multiple copies please use the Copy Center. Charges for printing to the HP DesignJet 5500 are $3.00 per running half foot. You must use a UD1 FLEX flexible spending account to pay for output. Cash will not be accepted.
