The printing fee plan in now in effect. The plan applies to all members of the campus community (faculty, staff, and students) who have a valid UD ID card and print in a computing site.

Important Note
Everyone who has a valid UD ID card has a FLEX account associated with his/her card whether or not he/she has ever initiated use of the FLEX account

Epson Photo color printers are available in this site as well as black and white PostScript laser printers with 11"x17" output.
We accept only Flex. Color Printing is $1.75 per print

Reservations are always advisable for color printers. Reservations can be taken for ONE HOUR (1) (1/2 hr. during peak periods). Reservations can be made up to one week in advance and no less than five (5) hours in advance for same-day reservations. Only one reservation is permitted per day.

Reservations are not required, but the color printers are used heavily and time slots are quickly taken. As in every time availible a week in advance. To keep your disappointment at a minimum, please call ahead before coming to make color prints.

Your image may appear with the proper color on your monitor, but the printer and the monitor do not process color the same way. See information about Color Gamut and how to fix it, and the What Did I Do Wrong Pages, for fixing some of the most common printing problems.
