University of Delaware computing sites fall into two categories: general access sites and departmental sites. Some sites have general application software and hardware while others are specially equipped for specific areas of use, such as for graphics, engineering, and math.

Some academic departments have their own computing sites. These sites are restricted to or give preference to students enrolled in specific areas of study.
Faculty may schedule the following University computing sites for their class meetings through the University Scheduling Office:

McDowell Hall(Windows)
Pearson Hall (Windows, Sun Rays)
Smith Hall (Windows)

In some sites, users must present their University I.D.s before using a computer.
