Technology will be used throughout the district to help every student meet or exceed the standards.  These uses include instructional (both teacher-directed and student utilization), administrative (teacher-level to district-level), and support services applications of technology.

1. Plan for the June 9th District Wide Inservice

2. Items to be taken care of

• Pat and Dave will take care of getting the handbook file updated. At the least, we have the Word file from January and the PDF file from February. When the final version is ready, the central office will take care of printing that for the June 8 in-service.
  
  
• The folder for June 8 will include
  • The schedule based on the online version of the schedule and the sessions and also include the schedule for June 9. The Excel spreadsheet version of the sessions is here also.
  • The teacher commitment sheet as printed from the PDF file.
  • The handbook, with changes from Pat Dunn and Dave Brown.
  • The NETS for Students pamphlet -- to be ordered from ISTE at: 1-800-336-5191 ($9.95 for 50)
    
    
• Dave is arranging with DCET to have Walt, Scott and/or Dan help with logistics for the day. Also, checking to see if projectors are available for loan from DCET.
  
  
• Wendy has arranged for Tom Brennan to teach the afternoon seminar on developing web pages with Word (Stan is off the hook)
