This training module explores the best practices for combining excellent instruction with state-of-the-art technology use. Through a combination of discussion, demonstrations and hands-on experiences, teachers will be able to recognize excellent technology practices and identify areas in their curriculum where an increase in the use technology would benefit student learning. Benefits and requirements of using technology based on No Child Left Behind (NCLB), the National Educational Technology Standards (NETS), and the Levels of Technology Implementation (LoTi) are also presented.

This module is designed for K-8 teachers, and can be customized for any grade level subset.
