There is no separate assessment
for these skills. Instead every assessment and rubric contains
these items. Anyone who
fails to achieve a 3 or 4 on one of these on any rubric must be
assessed again in that area. On the other hand, anyone who successfully
completes all four of the other assessments is considered to have
shown competence in this area and receives the district supplement
for this area as well.
