Instructions for
making appointments on the secure Student Health website. This service is available to students charged
the Student Health Fee only.
If you have problems or
if you are not a student charged the Student Health Fee, please call
302-831-2226 option 1 to make an appointment.
First log on to
using your UD user
name and password:
Enter your date of
birth and click proceed:
Click on appointments
on the left
Click on schedule an
appointment
Follow instructions
on screen.
Please note that the
system searches one week in advance only. You may need to follow the
instructions to set a start date which is later than today. Appointments for web booking for the Flu
Clinic for all students are on Fridays starting 10/5/18 (If a date is filled
the appointments will not display for the date).

during regular business hours.
The charge to
full-time student charged the health fee for standard flu vaccine is $22. We attempt to bill most insurance plans and
bill you only for non-coverage, copays and/or deductibles. If we do not already have your insurance
information, please upload your card or bring your insurance card with you to
your appointment. To upload your card
after you make your appointment online select messages on the left, select new
message, then select “I
want to send Student Health my insurance card.”
Please follow the instructions to scan in and upload
the front and back of your card and complete other applicable
information.
