Your computer connection to the University of Delaware Network and the
Internet is a Privilege of affiliation with the UD
Community.
- Since all UD users share the network,
this Privilege is dependent upon each member's adherence to
UD's Responsible
Computing Policy.
- To safeguard all users, violations of
this policy, whether deliberate or unintentional due to unsafe computing
practices, may result in temporary separation from the network until the
issue has been resolved.

- UDelNet ID and
password - the primary means of authentication to the network.
- Your UDelNet
account
- If you have forgotten your
UDelNet ID or password, you may log in at the Network Page
with your UD ID and PIN.
If you do not have a PIN or have forgotten your PIN:
- Students: Go to the Student
Services Building. Students not on the Newark campus should contact the
Registrar's Office at 302-831-2132.
- Employees: Contact your HR
Liason.
- UD ID - your
unique
identifier to UD administrative and student records systems.
- UD Library Licensed
Resources:
- The first time you click a link for a
UD-licensed resource, you will be taken to a the University of Delaware
proxy page. After you enter your UDelNet ID and password, you will be
authenticated as a University of Delaware user and will continue to your
selected link.
- Frequent users are encouraged to install
Web
proxy to connect to UD-licensed resources from another ISP.
