Residential Computing Consultants
What is an RCC? At the start of the Fall and Spring semesters, a group of students are hired to help other students connect their computer to the campus network.
You may request help from an RCC by calling 831-8825. Leave a detailed message with your name, campus phone number, and campus address. Briefly describe your problem.
Our staff of RCCs will call you back and either help you solve your problem over the phone or make an appointment to come to your residence hall.
