Sometimes, you will find yourself in a situation that you don't know how to
handle. Or, you need some assistance finding out with whom you should speak.
Perhaps you are having difficulty with a faculty member. Perhaps you just
need someone to advocate on your behalf. Many Residence Life staff members
have been trained to help students figure out where to turn when they need
