Staff Phone ListsThese staff phone lists have been created primarily for internal use. But, there are times we when we realize that it may be important for a parent or student to call a staff member. In those cases, these phone lists may be useful. Residence Life staff members live in the halls so that they can provide 24-hour support and assistance to students. In emergency situations, please feel free to use these numbers to contact the appropriate staff member. University Police can always be reached at 302-831-2222 and can help if hall staff is unavailable. In non-emergency situations, we ask you to consider your situation carefully and use the numbers appropriately. Our staff members work with over 7300 students and we ask that you help them successfully balance their own academic and social lives. Parents, please contact the Hall Director or Complex Coordinator, rather than the Resident Assistant. If you have a question or need assistance that can wait until the next business day, please leave a message at the office number provided. The appropriate staff member will return your call as soon as they can. Please do not contact staff members in their homes after business hours for non-emergency situations. Good alternatives to phone calls are emails. Many of our staff members spend a great deal of time in the buildings interacting with students. Since they may not be in the office when you try and call them, you may find easier to reach them by sending them an email. Email addresses for all Hall Directors and Complex Coordinators can be found on the "Professional Staff, Salaried Staff, and Hall Director List."
