This award recognizes a community-service oriented program of the academic year which was developed and executed primarily by residence hall students. The nomination should demonstrate how the community-service oriented program or initiative has made an impact on a service agency/philanthropic benefactor, as well as how the project/initiative has influenced the participating residents to serve the local or University community in meaningful ways. Nominations can include Service Team events and programs.
Any person or group at the University of Delaware may write a nomination. Nominations for this award may be staff-initiated but residence hall students must have been primarily involved in the planning, execution, and participation of the program/initiative. Self-nominations are also encouraged.
Statements of Support should be included in the nomination form. Questions about the nomination process? Please contact Danielle Dolan, Area Coordinator of Christiana Towers and Ray Street.
