Summer Housing Application

Applying for Housing for Summer 2015

CAMPUS HOUSING FOR SUMMER 2015

Summer Session housing is available for UD-matriculated, upper-division students who are registered for a summer course. If you are not an upper-division UD student, but wish to request summer housing, please send an email explaining your circumstances to reslife-housing@udel.edu.

Students who are doing an internship, attending a conference, or working for a UD department are not eligible to live in the residence halls with the summer school students. Instead, students should complete a separate application for housing through Conference Services. Contact Conference Services at 302-831-8590 for information.

Summer Session students living in the residence halls are required to purchase a dining plan.

It is imperative that your housing and dining charges be paid before the beginning of the summer session you plan to attend.

The location of summer housing and rates will be announced by April 6, when the Summer Housing Application opens in My Housing.

HOUSING ACCOMMODATIONS

At the University of Delaware, there are various housing options to accommodate dietary, medical, and physical needs for students. We understand that there are circumstances where particular requests and accommodations need to be considered. To accurately and equitably evaluate requests for housing based upon medical, psychological, or disability needs, you will submit documentation of your need, consisting of an evaluation by an appropriate professional that relates the current impact of your condition to your housing request.

Documentation received late may result in an assignment that does not match your needs. For complete details on housing requests involving needs, please refer to the Housing Accommodations webpage, or contact Residence Life & Housing at (302) 831-HOME (4663).
